Impact of an Missing Web Strategy
Do you even have a defined web strategy?
I mention "defined" web strategy, because whether you know it or not, you have one. It may be a pretty weak "Let's put up a website and see what happens" strategy, but you have one.
To illustrate the importance of defining a strategy, I'll make an analogy:
You have a crucial meeting. One that will make or break your business for the next quarter, if not the next year. You must be at the meeting at 10am.
Would you get into your car five minutes before the meeting and say "I wonder how to get there?"
Well guess what? That's what you are doing if you have no defined strategy, no plan to get you where you want to be. Making money using your website.
What exactly are you losing out on if you don't have a defined Web Strategy?
